One year has passed after the genocide still occurring in Gaza. With a raging and revenge spirit by the unmerciful Zionist Israeli government, many families have been destroyed and many children have been killed and maimed. Why? Because of the continued hellish bombardment against Hamas independent militar resistance, which supposedly hide under houses, buildings, hospitals, schools, mosques, and so on.
Of course, we don't believe as followers of Jesus on any kind of violence, and we both neither justify Hamas' violent actions, as it wants to kill all Jews to take the whole Palestine back again for them, after 76 years of Israeli occupation.
But the most sad of all is that many Christians today are hardening their hearts to the Palestinians' unbearable suffering, because of their blind support to the present nationalistic state of Israel, thinking that Israel has "the right given by God" to do all kinds of killing and genocide, in the name of "Zionism self-defense". Unbelievable and shameful!
This is why we both don't like to be called "Christians", because this name is becoming a reproach and stumbling block worldwide. My wife and I are not lukewarm and passive Western Christians. We are instead wholehearted followers of Jesus! And this means that we believe in everything Jesus said, like really loving your enemies, those who don't believe in Jesus yet, but they still have a goodwill heart; those from other religions and group ethnics who in fact are just created by the same God—Yahweh—, the Father of our Lord Jesus—Yahshua the Messiah.
If you are a true born again believer, follower of Jesus, you must pray to God for a real broken heart, so all of us together will feel real compassion to do something for those families and children who are suffering right now—even if they are not yet part of the family of the faith in the Messiah.
Are you just a "Christian" following traditions of men, doing nothing or very little to reaching out the weary and burden? Or are you one of the real followers of Jesus who dedicate their lives and time to sacrificially rescue lives, going out and doing the Great Commission of sowing seeds of truth and gathering the fruits of souls for the Kingdom of God?
Let's all pray for peace and and comfort and relief at all levels for this persecuted ethnic group by cruel and unmerciful men of war, and for our Lord Jesus to miraculously manifest and appear and comfort and heal and save many of those broken children and families!
"God blesses those who mourn, for they will be comforted." (Matthew 5:4)
